Bartlett Barracudas Swim Team

Towards the end of the season, the coaches will select a Conference Meet for each swimmer to compete in. The selections are based on swimmer qualification/eligibility (must have competed in at least 4 meets in order to attend A conference and at least 2 meets to attend B conference), the swimmers’ in-season times, and the coaches’ discretion.

B Conference is a meet based on each swimmer’s individual improvement. Swimmers will be racing against other teams within our division, however, points are awarded based on time dropped from their personal best in-season times. All swimmers who are eligible for a conference meet and do not qualify for A Conference will be asked to attend B Conference. B Conference swimmers may be asked to also attend A Conference as an alternate in the event of illness or injury. 

Eligibility - Must attend at least two (2) dual meets. Swimmers will be entered in events based on existing times from the 2025 season.

A Conference is a competitive meet against other teams within our division where points are awarded for 1st thru 10th place per event. Four to six swimmers are chosen per age group to represent each team in relays and individual events. 

Eligibility - Must attend at least four (4) dual meets. Swimmers will be entered in events based on top three (3) times existing from the 2025 season, swimmer’s attendance, work ethic, and sportsmanship.
