    End of year Picnic / Awards and Pool Party

    New This Year:Enjoy a new End of Year Picnic menu this year with Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Mostaccioli with Meatballs from Dogfathers in Bartlett, plus Pizzas and Chopped Salads from Taylor Street Pizza in Bartlett! Gluten free pizza will also be available.

    To help us with planning, wristbands will be provided to families that have submitted payment for the End of Year Picnic; these wristbands will be required to enter the food line. We will be handing these out at the A-Conference meet, and on-site at the YE BBQ starting at 4:45pm. Please order your food tickets today on Swimtopia, and enjoy the camaraderie and swimmer recognition by age group at this very popular Year-end Event for the entire family!

    We are requesting families to bring either desserts and/or drinks to share with the team (Water, Soda, Gatorade, or Juice).

    Cost:

    • Children 10 and under: $10
    • Adults and children 11 and over: $12

    Schedule:

    • 4:45-5:00 - Check-in and wristband pick-up for those that did not pick up the wristbands at A-Conference 
    • 5:00-6:00 BBQ Picnic 
    • 6:00-7:00 Awards 
    • 7:00-7:15 Clean-up
    • 7:15-10pm Pool party for Barracuda swim families and their guests at the Bartlett Aquatic Center

    Calling all 'cudas! Before we dive into the B-Conference, it’s time to fill our tanks and prep the deck! 🍝

    Join us at the Oak Room for a Pasta Party of epic proportions. Bring your most legendary homemade pasta dish—whether it's "Speedy Spaghetti," "Backstroke Baked Ziti," or "Butterfly Bowties"—to share with the team.

    After we’ve had our fill, we’ll head over to the pool to work some magic and get everything set up for the big meet. Many hands make light work (and help burn off those meatballs)! 🏊♂️✨

    Picture Day / Pancake Breakfast
    Barracuda Bay Water Park

    • 7:00am-7:15am - ALL AGE GROUPS to arrive at outdoor pool in a Barracudas swimsuit
    • 7:15am - Swimmers will be lined up for a group picture
    • 7:30am-7:40am - Group picture will be taken
    • 7:40am-9:00am - Take individual pictures and enjoy a complimentary pancake / sausage breakfast hosted in the concessions area of the Bartlett Aquatic Center (you may choose to take your picture first or eat first)

    ** Please note that kids WILL NOT get in the water at all inside of Splash Central.
    ** Pictures will take place at the outdoor pool near the drop slide/zip line.
    ** For those parents utilizing drop-off, please plan to pick up your swimmer/s at 9:00am near the outdoor pool area.
    ** Please send your swimmer/s with their new Barracudas t-shirt in the event a team picture is chosen to be taken with it.
