New This Year:Enjoy a new End of Year Picnic menu this year with Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Mostaccioli with Meatballs from Dogfathers in Bartlett, plus Pizzas and Chopped Salads from Taylor Street Pizza in Bartlett! Gluten free pizza will also be available.

To help us with planning, wristbands will be provided to families that have submitted payment for the End of Year Picnic; these wristbands will be required to enter the food line. We will be handing these out at the A-Conference meet, and on-site at the YE BBQ starting at 4:45pm. Please order your food tickets today on Swimtopia, and enjoy the camaraderie and swimmer recognition by age group at this very popular Year-end Event for the entire family!

We are requesting families to bring either desserts and/or drinks to share with the team (Water, Soda, Gatorade, or Juice).

• Children 10 and under: $10
• Adults and children 11 and over: $12

Schedule:

• 4:45-5:00 - Check-in and wristband pick-up for those that did not pick up the wristbands at A-Conference 
• 5:00-6:00 BBQ Picnic 
• 6:00-7:00 Awards 
• 7:00-7:15 Clean-up
• 7:15-10pm Pool party for Barracuda swim families and their guests at the Bartlett Aquatic Center

Time: 8:30 am arrival/decorating/line up

Location: Berteau Ave::10 AM SHARP step off ( begins)

Parade is about 1- 1.5 hours, in the past we have been towards the beginning of the parade so we start/end quicker.

After the parade: we will carefully walk across the street to the Jewel parking lot where parents can retrieve their kids after we break down the float. We will send out a remind when we are done.
