End of year BBQ/ AWARDS

New This Year; To help us with planning, wristbands will be provided to families that have submitted payment for the End of Year BBQ; these wristbands will be required to enter the food line. We will be handing these out at the A-Conference meet, and on-site at the YE BBQ starting at 4:30pm. Please order your food tickets today, and enjoy the camaraderie and swimmer recognition by age group at this very popular Year-end Event for the entire family! We are requesting families to bring either desserts and/or drinks to share with the team (Water, Soda, Gatorade, or Juice).

4th of July Parade

Time: 8:30 am arrival/decorating/line up Location: Berteau Street ::10 AM SHARP step off ( begins) Parade is about 1- 1.5 hours, in the past we have been towards the beginning of the parade so we start/end quicker. After the parade: we will carefully walk across the street to the Jewel parking lot where parents can retrieve their kids after we break down the float. We will send out a remind when we are done. |

This year’s event will be during practice time on Wednesday July 3rd. Swimmers will complete laps directed by the Coaches along with some fun relays. - Raffles for summer themed baskets - Have FUN! Families are encouraged to hang out and enjoy the festivities. - If your swimmer can’t attend the event please do consider sharing the fundraising page and making a donation. |
